Enrolments

​Students may enrol at our school at any time during the year and we look forward to welcoming students into our school community.

All students who reside within our local catchment area are guaranteed a position at Seville Road State School.

In order to enrol, Parents should contact the school office to receive an enrolment pack and book in an appointment to meet with staff. This pack will include the application for student enrolment form, other enrolment forms and extra information about our school.

To process your enrolment, Lodge the following documentation to the school office:​

• Enrolment forms: Student Enrolment Form.pdf, state-school-consent-form.pdf, Acceptable use policy - information technology.pdf, and Third Party Website Consent Form 2022.pdf
  
• Proof of address
  
• Medical conditions information if applicable
• Special needs information if applicable
• If Prep: birth certificate or acceptable proof of age
• If coming from interstate or overseas: birth certificate or acceptable proof of age
• If coming from overseas: passports and visas and proof of address
• If coming from another school: records and/or report cards of previous schooling
  

Once enrolment forms are completed, a Walk and Talk and Interview with the Principal or Head of Curriculum will be scheduled, to discuss the needs of the student and a guided tour of our school.
